Slimming World Syn Values Colman's Red Sauce Packs

Hi everyone

Hope your all well.

I was helping a friend a few days ago on her new slimming world journey and we got into a conversation about food items she already had in her home.

Now we all know slimming world food budgeting on your first few weeks can be a little higher than normal and we always have food items in our cuboard that we are hesitant to use on the off chance of high syns. 

So i thought creating some syn Valued pictured would help for general items we may have in the home.

so every few days i will add a few ones to my collection in hopes that it may help someone out.

So one thing i know most people have in there cuboards especially families are Sauce packets.

So i have started of with Colman's sauces.
