Slimming World Syn values Colman's Blue Sauce Packs

Hi everyone

Welcome to my second post on syn values.

As promised i have created a few more syn value's pictures for General food items that maybe in your cuboard's to help keep you on track whilst on slimming world and within budget.

When i first started on slimming world i had quite a few of the colman's blue sauce packs at home as i frequently used them quite a lot for convience before joining.

So when i joined slimming world i wanted to make sure they didn't go to waste or sit gathering dust in my cuboards. So when i checked the syns i found some of them quite reasonable and handy on an evening when i came in late. 

They are handy for a quick dish and when split between portion sizes can half the syn value even more per packet. So for a sauce pack that is 5 syns in total for the packet if your splitting it between two people equally it actually works out at 2.5 syns per person. Just remember to Fill your dishes up with lots of speed and a nice side dish of free food or protein based food and you have nice meal on budget and within your syns.

Slimming World Syn Values Colman's Red Sauce Packs

Hope your all well.

I was helping a friend a few days ago on her new slimming world journey and we got into a conversation about food items she already had in her home.

Now we all know slimming world food budgeting on your first few weeks can be a little higher than normal and we always have food items in our cuboard that we are hesitant to use on the off chance of high syns. 

So i thought creating some syn Valued pictured would help for general items we may have in the home.

so every few days i will add a few ones to my collection in hopes that it may help someone out.

So one thing i know most people have in there cuboards especially families are Sauce packets.

So i have started of with Colman's sauces.

Hope these help to anyone who need them.

Slimming World Weetabix additions healthy extra update

Hi guys I hope  your all doing well.




I thought I would do a little update and let all my slimming world followers know about these




If your a weetabix lover like myself you should check out the new versions that have been released called weetabix additions.




They come in two flavours Apple and raisin and Coconut and raisin..




I came across these in my local Tesco a few days ago and was intrigued to find out if I could have them on slimming world especially as a healthy extra.

So After a few clicks I was so pleased to see that both flavours are listed as a healthy extra for 2 Biscuits. Or 7 syns for the 2 of the apple variety or  7.5 for the Coconut variety. 




So far I've only seen these flavours in a 24 pack at Tesco and the price was £2.69 and I know that  does seem a little steep but considering it's a 24 pack when you think about it you will get 22 breakfasts for that. Which is always handy if your in a rush in the morning and  just want something simple or a healthy extra to snack on through the day. 

I'm hoping weetabix at a later date will bring these out in a smaller pack though because as much as I love weetabix I like to try and mix up my breakfast so I don't get bored with the same thing everyday and a 24 pack for  a Household of just two is just a bit much and I know I would get bit Fedup after a while of these most mornings.

You maybe able to find them at other stores for lower prices or on offer since there new so always remember to shop around and get the best deal.




me and my husband tried the apple version this morning alongside some speedy fruit and we really liked them so it's certainly a thumbs up from us and definitely something I would buy again.
